At Azzurro, we value an efficient shipping process to ensure that your order is handled as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping policy.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing begins once we have received your order confirmation by email.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification confirming that your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
At Azzurro, we aim to make your shopping experience as easy and affordable as possible. Therefore, we offer standard shipping rates that are favorable to our customers.
In most cases, shipping is free, unless otherwise stated.
Standard Shipping Rates:
- International: Free shipping for standard products
- New Zealand: Free shipping for standard products
Shipping Times and Methods
Below are the estimated shipping times and types for your reference:
- 5-10 business days: International shipping — free for standard products
- 5-10 business days: Shipping to the Netherlands / Belgium — free for standard products
- 7-12 business days: International shipping — free for large products
- 7-12 business days: Shipping to the Netherlands / Belgium — free for large products
Note: While we do our utmost to deliver your order on time, Azzurro is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy
At Azzurro, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we’ve created a return policy to assist you in such cases.
Return Period
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds
For returned items, we will issue a full refund of the order amount, excluding return shipping costs.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; these will be clearly marked on the relevant product page.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@azzurro.nz
Be sure to include your order number and a photo showing the condition of the damaged item.
We review such cases individually and aim to provide a satisfactory resolution.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to your credit card or original method of payment (usually sooner).

Please note that once your order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.
We emphasize the importance of carefully checking and entering the correct delivery address. Azzurro is not responsible for non-receipt of your order due to address errors provided by you.
In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping costs) and ask that you resubmit your order.
